Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note:
- Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- We cannot refund or return an item that is returned with damages to the box.
International Orders
All international sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Customers in the European Union are subject to the consumer rights described below. International customers are also responsible for paying duties and customs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@vondland.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to:
- Request a return for your original item.
- Once your return has been approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing a justification, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Include all original tags
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Certain products may be exempt from this right as permitted under applicable law (such as personalized products or sealed personal care items that have been opened).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
