How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 5-7 business days, excluding holidays for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. For Black Friday and Holiday season, please understand shipping services can be delayed due to overwhelming pickups from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, etc.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What about shipping?
Von D Shoes ships products both domestically and to international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in Los Angeles, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii.
